Inventory levels are constantly changing and running low in many items, if something sells out between when you order and January 17th, we will substitute something similar if available or contact you with option.

Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore sales are final. (Sorry, no returns or exchanges).

Ordering Opportunities:Please place your order by Monday Jan 17th for anticipated completion by Feb 14th

Sizing: For apparel, we have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections. Please note that sizing among the various manufacturers may differ. CCM apparel is available to try on at Strauss.

Delivery: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up at Strauss in Maplewood or you may choose to have your order shipped for $10 during check-out.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar if available or contact you with options. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders. As demand increases due to relaxing covid-19 restrictions, the supply chains are increasingly strained due to delays at our ports, freight delays and labor shortages combined with the increased demand for product. Please know that we are doing our best to minimize any out of stocks or back-orders; however, if this happens, we ask for your patience as we work through solutions.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at StraussTeams@gmail.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
